A day with the Maasai: welcomed into a boma to learn about cattle herding and intricate beadwork, the deep significance of livestock, and a vibrant adumu (jumping dance) performance, with a discussion of Maasai history and modern life.

Frequently Asked Questions

Still have questions? Ask Ombeni directly on WhatsApp.

Yes — visits are arranged with the communities, entry fees support them directly, and your guide provides context so the experience is genuine and respectful rather than a performance.

Absolutely — the route passes the gateways to the northern parks, so it pairs naturally with Tarangire, the Serengeti or Ngorongoro. Ombeni will build it as one trip.

Year-round. The dry months (June–October) make village travel easiest, but the cultural experiences run in every season.
