Arusha National Park
A short drive to Arusha National Park for a guided walking safari with a ranger — approaching giraffe, zebra and buffalo on foot — plus the flamingo-dotted Momella Lakes and views toward Mount Meru. Continue by vehicle for colobus monkeys, warthog and bushbuck before returning to a mid-range lodge near Arusha for dinner.

Tarangire National Park — Land of Giants
An early drive to Tarangire, famous for its massive elephant herds. Game drives along the Tarangire River — a dry-season magnet for wildlife — with lions, cheetahs, zebra and wildebeest, plus the bird-rich Silale Swamp. Picnic lunch among the baobabs, then dinner and overnight at a lodge near the park.

Ngorongoro Crater to the Serengeti
