    Arrival in Arusha

    Welcomed at Kilimanjaro International Airport and transferred to a tranquil lodge set among gardens or coffee plantations. An evening cultural briefing and a photography orientation to set up your gear and your week.

    Tarangire National Park — Land of Giants

    A day among Tarangire's baobabs and elephant herds, framing wide-angle shots of elephants against ancient trees and the golden-hour glow over the riverbed as wildlife gathers. Overnight at a lodge or tented camp near the park.

    Lake Eyasi — Hadzabe & Datoga Cultures

    A soul-stirring cultural day at Lake Eyasi: join the Hadzabe hunter-gatherers to learn bow hunting, language and rituals, then the Datoga blacksmith community for metalwork and jewellery crafting — a rare window into Tanzania's ancestral roots. Overnight at a cultural lodge near the lake.

    Into the Serengeti

    Full-Day Serengeti — Migration in Motion

    A full day chasing the migration — stampeding herds, river crossings and predator chases — with a midday rest and a golden-hour drive. An optional sunrise hot air balloon safari is available for aerial photography. Overnight under the Serengeti stars.

    Ngorongoro Crater — Wildlife Wonderland

    Maasai Cultural Visit & Departure

Not at all. Drives are timed for the best light and your guide offers tips, whether you're shooting on a pro camera or a smartphone. A private photographic instructor can be arranged on request.

Beyond the usual Maasai visit, you spend a full day at Lake Eyasi with the Hadzabe hunter-gatherers and Datoga blacksmiths — among the most authentic tribal encounters in Tanzania.

June–October for the northern river crossings and December–March for the southern calving. Your camp location in the Serengeti is set to match the season, so you're always near the herds.
